Persistance, persistance…

Home

I haven’t posted for a long time. It doesn’t mean I have given up. I have just been busy moving forward.

Since the coaching with Alex Jeffreys has come to its end (although it seems it isn’t quite finished yet as he recently promised some more interesting bonuses…but I will talk about that later).

I do think that the biggest hurddle a newbie faces when starting with internet marketing is the fact that there are so many opportunities, so many different ways to do internet marketing that it is impossible to know where to start. And that is the real trap. If you try to look into every and all possiblities, you never get anything done.

There is an other difficulty also: there is so much to learn. Unless you have a very techy background, it sometimes feels like you have come to another planet. In order to survive in this world, you need to be very organized. I am moderatly organized, and well I have had to improve greatly. I now have several notepads and I force myself to write down as much as possible in the right notepad depending on the topic!

I have also had to organize my time and I am getting better and better at that. There are so many things to be done, that you cannot afford to read emails or listen to recordings of webinars all day long.

I have finally understood that, and now, everyday, I do something that is productive: work on a blog, signing up for an affiliate program or launch a PPC campaign… It has to be something that will bring me some income: a money making activity.

Learning is good and it has to be done but implementing is what gets everything going.

There is indeed a big danger in getting lost in the labyrinth of the web, and it\’s not getting an easier with the arrival of new tools like Twitter, etc.
