I received Ewen Chia’s book “How I made my first million on internat” yesterday, I have only had the time to look at the first pages.

In fact I don’t have the time to read any books for the moment and I have promised myself to stay FOCUSED and not read any emails, let alone any books, written by anybody else than the very few internet marketers I have selected. Nevertheless, I did order the book…. I really couldn’t resist but, I promise, I will read it later.

Well, I am straying away: the point I would like to make is that in the introduction, Ewen Chia tells his story and reveals that it took him 5 YEARS during which he invested 50 000 $ in different programs and educational materials,  before he started making money. His situation was desperate when it finally dawned on him that what he lacked was FOCUS. He says” I realized that all I’d ever needed to do to succeed was focus and commit to taking action on what I’d already learned…” I think it strings a cord in every internet marketer to be.

All I can say is Thank You Ewen for this revelation. It really sooths my heart to read that you have struggled also and that, clever as you seem to be, it took you several years to understand something so elemental.

Now every time I despair at not making as much money from internet marketing (yet) that I would like, I think of Ewen and I remind myself that it didn’t take me 5 years to understand that you do need to focus and that I am indeed already taking action. And if I really am down and tired from working double or tripple, I tell myself: keep going, you are doing better than Ewen Chia! Isn’t that something!

Just in case you don’t know who Ewen Chia is he is a Super “super affiliate”. It is usually he who makes the most sales during all the IM product launches and he is very renowned for his ingenious marketing abilities.

Now of course, sure I am clever!  but I must admit that I would be a real thickhead if I said that I didn’t know you need to take action: Alex Jeffreys has been hammering that into our skulls since the first day of the mentoring and had had his students take action immediatly even if we don’t know everything there is to know yet.
